High-Precision Machinery & Equipment

Centreless Grinding Systems

Advanced centreless grinding machines enable superior surface quality and ultra-tight tolerances, ensuring consistent dimensions across high-volume production.

CNC Auto Sliding Head Machines

Our 5-axis CNC auto sliding head machines, with fully integrated machining capabilities, are designed for continuous, high-precision production, delivering exceptional surface finish and geometric accuracy.

Automated Calibration & Measurement

We utilize Automated Laser Micrometers to achieve sub-micron dimensional accuracy, with Resolution up to 0.00001 mm & Measurement accuracy of ±0.0005 mm. This ensures absolute dimensional integrity of every critical component.

Roll Compaction Technology

Our 30-metric-tonne roll compaction machine, operating on semi-automatic cycles, is supported by in-house manufactured rolls with surface roughness values better than Ra 0.1. This ensures uniform finishes on pins and grooves critical to capsule performance.

CNC-Based Special Purpose Machines

We design and manufacture our own CNC-based Special Purpose Machines, equipped with high-precision jigs and fixtures. These machines are specifically developed to achieve:
  • Accurate pre-lock geometries
  • Precisely defined air-vent dimensions
  • Consistent repeatability across all Pinbar sets
  • Automated Pin Polishing SPMs

    Our engineering team has developed a range of fully automated polishing SPMs that ensure:
  • Uniform surface polish across all pins
  • Preservation of dimensional accuracy

  • CNC-Based Bar Drilling & Sizing

    Using calibrated fixtures and CNC-controlled drilling systems, we manufacture bars with uniform geometry, precise sizing, and strict adherence to tolerance requirements.

    Precision Pin Riveting Systems

    Our SPMs for pin riveting employ controlled interference-fit techniques combined with hydraulic force. This process ensures:
